Peanut Butter Fudge

Another Christmas favorite. This is probably what I have the most requests for over the holidays. It is creamy, peanut buttery wonderful!

4 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 ( oz) Peanut Butter (I always use Peter Pan)
1 small jar Marshmallow Cream
1 bag Reese'e Peanut Butter Chips
1 tsp Vanilla

Cook sugar, butter and evaporated milk over medium heat until boiling. Stir frequently. Boil for 6 minutes and continue to stir frequently.

Turn heat off (and remove from heat if you have electric stove). Add peanut butter chips, marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir every couple of minutes until well combined. Once everything has melted pour into well greased cookie sheet. (I do this just as the chocolate fudge. I line a 9x13 with aluminum foil. I grease the foil, then pour the fudge. Once the fudge has set, I remove the foil filled fudge (say that fast 3 times!), wrap it tightly and store in the refrigerator.
