Heather made Oatmeal Raisin Cookies for us to enjoy Sunday afternoon and took pictures as she did it. I am blogging this, BUT HEATHER GETS ALL OF THE CREDIT! While we are being honest, I just want to say I have the best sister in law ever.
2 cups Butter, softened
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups Flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
6 cups Oats, uncooked
24 oz. Raisins
Into the 375 degree oven they go for 8-11 minutes, depending on how chewy or crispy you like them. Now, watch them bake. I love this. I am going to try to use this myself, but as sad as it is to admit, I have to get my oven window clean enough to clearly see through.

These are YUMMY!!! I think these are my favorite cookie. And if you like cookie dough…this is delicious. I like it frozen.
I am so glad the rest of these are at Heather’s because I could eat them all.
I got fatter just as I watched those being made.... again!
-The "Bestest" Sister-in-law
These were the best damn cookies ever and I will also agree Heather is the best sister-in-law! haha
I too loved those cookies . . . and I don't even like oatmeal raisin! Thanks for the recipe. If (when) I make them, they will be oatmeal craisin . . . I love craisins!
