New Year’s Eve Jimmy made these for everyone while they were in Dallas. They enjoyed them so much, my dad made them for us today. They were delicious!!

1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice

1 scant cup Butter, melted

1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 TBSP Cavenders All Purpose Greek Seasoning

2 spoonfuls minced garlic

1 TBSP Oregano

salt & pepper to taste

2 Racks Loin back Ribs

Mix lemon juice, butter, olive oil, Cavenders, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper  together in bowl.

Honey juicing the lemons.

Cut to the side (left or right), of each rib bone. This is so there is considerable meat left on one side of each rib.

Notice how the meat is all on one side of the bones. This makes it easier to eat.

Put ribs in zip loc bag and add marinade. (We used 2 bags to get it all to fit.)

Let marinate 1-4 hours. Remove meat from marinade and place on hot grill. Pour marinade over ribs. (Caution!!! It will flame!)

Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour until meat is cooked through. Enjoy!!
