My cousin, Zaina is spending several days with us. Today she offered to cook us a Middle Eastern feast! Her dad always cooked great food for us when they lived in Franklin (and any time we saw them while they lived in Virginia). We have missed that wonderful food. Well, we enjoyed her talents today. It is a real treat. Toufic, thanks for teaching her so well. It was delicious! My girls ate so much cauliflower , they did not want any dinner! Can't complain too loud about that.
Toufic, if these are not spelled right, sorry! We googled most, but Zaina was said the name of the Cauliflower dip was something crazy. No matter what it is called, it tasted good! And, truly, that is what we were after!
